~ ~ <br />2. Term. The term of this Addendum and the additional services provided by <br />Manager pursuant to this Addendum shall commence on June 1, 1997, and shall terminate on <br />May 31, 1998. <br />3. Pavment for Additional Services. County agrees to pay Manager <br />$225,000.00 for the additional services described in Section 1 of this Addendum (the "Additional <br />Fee"). Payment of the Additional Fee by County shall be made as follows: $125,000.00 shall be <br />paid immeciiately. The remaining balance of the Additional Fee shall be paid in four equal <br />monthly installments in the amount of $25,000.00 each on March 1, 1998, April 1, 1998, and <br />May 1, 1998, and June 1, 1998. <br />4. Reimbursement for Exnenses Incurred. County shall reimburse Manager <br />for reimbursable expenses incuned in connection with providing the additional services under <br />this Addendum, within 30 days after Manager's billing therefor, which billing shall be given no <br />more frequently than on a monthly basis, in att amount not to exceed $10,000 in the aggregate. <br />These reimbursable expenses are in addition to those described in Section 2.2 of Schedule 1, <br />which is attached to the Agreement, and which are capped at $25,000. <br />5. , Termination. Owner may terminate this Addendum at any time with an <br />effective date of May 31, 1998 (instead of 60 days' prior written notice, as provided in Section <br />1.3.4 of the Agreement). <br />6. Effect of Addendum. The Agreement is modified only as set forth in this <br />Addendum. Except as expressly modified, the Agreement remains in full force and effect.
