They are: <br />Foss Environmental Services Co. $ 58,059.60 ~ <br />Bergeson-Boese & Assoc. $ 63,936.00 <br />Staton Companies $ 67,540.00 <br />Wilder Construction Co. $133,750.00 <br />The Department of General Services is recommending the bid be awarded to <br />Foss Environmental Services Co. upon clarification of the unit pricing of soil <br />removal on the bid schedule. Upon review of the bids, I concur with this <br />recommendation. <br />Due to the nature of the remediation, there is also a possibility negotiations <br />could increase the contract amount above the bid amount.
