Both of these charges were incurred prior to the <br />settlement between you, Marion County and the Sa1em Area Transit District. <br />The invoices are Billing # 3 for $97.50 and Billing # 4 for $48.75. Both these <br />billing are for services you requested for relocation consulting. Because you <br />received these services and the Courthouse Squaze project did not participate <br />in the finalization of claims until after the settlement agreement, I am not able <br />to convert these billing to the project accounts receivables. <br />I was able to convert a billing for services related to Mr. Heinle's claim <br />because the claim was still open and it was dated after the settlement was <br />finalized. <br />I respectfully request you make payment direct to Mr. Hanna as we continue to <br />use h.is services and want to maintain a positive working relationship with him <br />through the completion of all the relocation claims for the project.
