Comstock, resident
I am giving notice to each tenant that their claims are pending a.nd they are to
direct their inquiries to MC Property Management. A brief summary of each
claim follows.
Allann Brothers has not processed any claim documents with Mr. Beney's
office.
The Vandermay Law Firm received actual moving expenses but has not filed
for any reimbursable re-establishing expenses.
Mr. Comstock has been given notice that he owes Marion County $700. He
received $275 moving expenses and has a balance of $425 on his relocation
claim. I sent him a letter giving him the opportunity to assign his claim. He
failed to respond to a ten-day notice.
Ms. Inman has been notified to provide a rent agreement for her current
residence and has not done so.
Mr. Heinle has submitted a very confusing claim. This is the claim I would
like you to address first. Here a.re the facts and history as I know them.
Eric moved into the Court St. apartment August 1996 and attended Willamette
University for the entire school yea.r. He did not work during the school year.
100 High Street NE, Room 5321 • Salem, Oregon 97301-3665
