Most of the expenses have been identified. There may be two <br />additional charges to be reported in July. One is the labor required at the <br />relocation site and the Data Center may not have billed all their charges to <br />date. <br />I have enclosed portions of my relocation costs spreadsheet for your review. I <br />would like confirmation that each of the following categories of expenses are <br />allowable relocation expenses. When Marion County knows the total <br />allowable claim, then we will negotiate with the Transit District as to what <br />amount we will claim against the Courthouse Square Project. <br />1) Mover expenses for Marion County Departments including Marion County <br />Housing Authority were paid direct to the vendors in the amount of <br />$70,564.78. <br />2) The Marion County annex relocation improvements including estimated <br />outstanding expenses total$190,313.14 or $5.66 per square foot. The remodel <br />cost per department was based on the number of squaze feet each department <br />occupies in the annex. <br />Vic Asst/Crrand Jury, State Archives and GS & Human Resources remodel <br />expenses were made at separate locations. Dog Control did not require any <br />remodeling. Remodeling expenses totaled $239,067.40. <br />Rent increases over the next 24 months will cost $229,594.68. The re- <br />esta.blishment expenses are totaled and maximum allowable claim indicated in <br />the last column.
