S GNATURE IDENTIFICATION. The true and actual signature of the <br />undersigned is set forth t the end of this Certificate. <br />The under ~ned h examined the definitive forms of the Certificates, and signed copies <br />SECTION ZO3. NO LITIGATION. No litigation of any nature is now pending or, to the best <br />of the undersigned's knowledge after due inquiry, threatened: <br />of Resolution No. 8- dopted by the Board of Commissioners (the "Board") for the County <br />on November 1 8(the "Resolution") and the Agreement. The signature of each <br />Commissioner that appears on the Resolution, and the signature of the Courthouse Square <br />Coordinator that appears on the Agreement are the true and actual signatures of said officers. <br />(A) seeking to restrain or enjoin the issuance, sale or delivery of the Certificates; <br />(B) in any manner questioning or challenging the authority of the County to issue, <br />sell or deliver, or perform its obligations with respect to, the Certificates; <br />(C) challenging the corporate existence of the County, the current jurisdictional <br />boundaries of tfie County or the right or qualifications of any Commissioner or officer of <br />the County to hold their respective offices; <br />(D) in which a final adverse decision would materially adversely affect the <br />financial condition or operations of the County; or <br />(E) contesting in any way the completeness, accuracy or fairness of the Official <br />Statement pertaining to the Certificates. <br />GENERAL AND TAX CERTIFICATE PAGE 2 <br />
