(3) 188 parking spaces. <br />The Private Use Portion will consist of the following (together with the common areas allocable <br />thereto): <br />(i) 9,964 square feet of office space; and <br />(ii) 30 parking spaces. <br />SECTION 404. PROCEEDS OF CERTIFICATES. <br />~A~ SALE PROCEEDS. On the date hereof (the "Closing Date"), the County will receive <br />from the initial purchasers of the Certificates the Total Sale Proceeds (i.e., Sale Proceeds and <br />amounts to be used to pay pre-issuance accrued interest) in the aggregate amount and consisting <br />of the components shown in Exhibit A attached hereto. The Sale Proceeds are expected to be <br />fully used for the purpose of paying the capital costs of designing, acquiring, constructing and <br />installing the County's Share of the Courthouse Square Project, including payment of the costs <br />incurred in connection with the issuance of the Certificates, all as set forth in Section 404(B) <br />below and Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />(B) APPLICATION OF TOTAL SALE PROCEEDS. On the Closing Date the Total Sale <br />Proceeds will be applied as follows: <br />(I~ ACCRUED INTEREST: The sum representing accrued interest paid by the initial <br />purchasers of the Certificates (as shown in EYhibit A attached hereto) will be deposited <br />in the 1998 Debt Service Account of the Certificate Payment Fund maintained by the <br />County for the payment of principal, premium, if any, and interest evidenced by the <br />Certificates, and the accrued interest so deposited will be used to pay the interest first <br />coming due on the Certificates on June 1, 1999. <br />(») PROJECT FUND: The sum shown in Exhibit A attached hereto will be <br />deposited in the Project Fund and used and applied from time to time to pay the capital <br />GENERAL AND TAX CERTIFICATE PAGE S <br />
