Craig Lewis <br />~ July 15, 1997 <br />Page 2 <br />1.2 Analvsla and Re,commenda ' ns <br />1.2.1 Using the data of 1, a determination would be made of the required sound isolation <br />rcquircments of the second level floor over the bus breeuway. <br />1.2.2 Currendy planned floor structurc would be evaltiated and modifications or additions <br />wauld be recommend~d to achieve the required isolation ehatacttristics determit~d in <br />2_1. <br />1.2.3 The currently plant~ed exterior building walts and window systems would also be <br />evaluated and modiftcations recommended for adequa~e reduction of bua noise levels <br />intn intcrior spaces. <br />1.2.4 Vibration/movement charactcristics of the planned building sttveture sutrounding the <br />bus mall would be evaluated. Recommendations of modifications to structure to <br />improve vibration isolation would bc provided. <br />1.3 ~umentation <br />1.3.1 Measurements, analysis and recommcndations would be summati~ed in a lectcr rcport. <br />1.4 Document Review <br />Review Constructian Documentt as they progress for appropriate incorporation of <br />recommendations. <br />2. Cotttr~act Bidd"wg or Negotiation Phase <br />Review contractor submittals provided in support of aiternar,e systems proposed by rhe <br />conrtattor pertaining to this Conaultant'~ work. <br />3.
