The following are items that the Design Team needs to further review. <br />No heat in bus mall. <br />Security system by owner. <br />Non eachaust or fans at bus mall area. <br />No site furnishings. (Clarify) <br />No planters or any landscaping at bus mall area. <br />No piling or blank shoring. (Can this still be done with current design?} <br />No painting of concrete at basement. (Do we need any with the current design'?) <br />Furnishings by owner. <br />Landscape partitions by owner. <br />No casework in shell price or TI cost. <br />No cost for using parking spaces on the block being constructed. <br />UP DATE ON CONSTRUCTION TIME LINE <br />Starting date for excavation 8/1/97 <br />~ Construction time is 20 months: <br />Completion time: April 1, 1999 <br />
