~ agreement, with the fifth floor, with the condition that it must have the same back door for Dan as
it does for transit and the county. This agreement says that if it doesn't come in on budget, we come
back and look at the budget again by going to the design team. Dan wants Randy, Scott and himself
to sit down and have a working meeting. Dan is scheduled to meet with Scott next week. Dan is
asking him to help create a back door for him. In the meantime, we will get this agreement
implemented with a fifth floor. Randy agreed that this type of ineeting has value. Mike and Ken
need to have Scott's go ahead on the fifth floor. Without this, Randy can not get them to authorize
the signing. Gordon is in agreement with this.
ITEM 9: Demolition and Abatement Selection
As of this morning, the county has had seven contactors ask to participate in the walk through. Doug
is the only tenant who has responded to Randy's letter regarding the walk-through.
ACTION: Elyn will contact the tenants directly to arrange for keys and authorization.
~
