This week's construction meeting notes reflected this <br />potential claim. Craig has sent P/K a letter taking exception to the three-week claim and has <br />asked P/K to reflect this exception in the meeting minutes. <br />Public Relations <br />5-27 The County has directed P/K to proceed with the walkway along Chemeketa. Transit's <br />participation will be determined at their next board meeting. P/K is preparing a COR for the <br />work. REV. 6-10 Transit will share in the cost of the walkway. Transit has proposed that the <br />cost be prorated according to the land split formula. <br />BUDGET <br />Proforma/Total Project Budget <br />ENVIItONMENTAL <br />Dewatering <br />5-27 One Frac tank and one carbon filter have been removed from the site. It is anticipated that the <br />only remaining groundwater that may require treatment is the contaminated area in front of <br />the job shacks. REV. 6-10 DEQ has approved the County's request to directly discharge <br />ground water. P/K is discharging directly into the storm sewer. <br />~.' Remaining Tanks <br />
