I <br />Chevron Site: Dan reported that he needs to get going on negotiations with Chevro for site clean-up. <br />He nceds all the documents from Ra.ndy on previous negotiations. He also needs get Chevron and <br />DEQ to discuss what they can/can't build on that site. Kathleen will meet with DE representative in <br />Eugene next week. Centurywest's concern is that since they know neighboring sites ave problems and <br />if we start digging all the city's problems will land back at this hole. Dan has ask d them to provide <br />him with a drop dead date for demos, environmental assessment. Kathleen will ave to work with <br />DEQ and the city regarding dischazge.
