The environmen report on the <br />Goldberg property should be back on October 18. The proc.ess has begun on e relocation of <br />James Harlow and his dental space. Dan has requested assistance from county Legal Counsel. <br />He should be closing on this property by the end of the month. <br />The offer on the Liu property has been signed, subject to the environment~l report. The <br />manager of the apartments has not been filling the ~~~1~ ~d currently has fiv (5) vacancies. <br />~ This should save money on the project. Dan reported that there are no si n <br />wine shop or the liquor store, but there is an implied lease. They have provi 1 h'~Sw~~~e <br />unsigned letter from Michael Liu giving them ieasing rl~~ ~~ 2025 ~is is a otential issuaen, <br />but does not appear to effect the project. This property should close escrow by November 30. <br />Dan is working with a Portland attorney on the Goodman property. There are s me issues, but <br />he does not anticipate any problems. ~ <br />I <br />Relocation , <br />The relocation process is now at full speed. Dan met with Elyn and Randy and rovided them <br />with a list of eighteen (lg) potential sites, with more sites to be identified by Oct er 23. They <br />will narrowed the list down to the four (4) top locations by October 23. Dan stated that he <br />would prefer to negotiate one lease, not multiple leases. Victim Assistance is 1 king at space <br />directly across from the Courthouse and may be moving soon, , <br />Negotiations on site options could begin as early as next week. ~ <br />Notice to Tenants; I,etters have been sent to the Goidberg tenants only, Dan has ~e uest <br />I-egal Counsel review the compensation issues with the current commercial iease~,~ ~~at <br />~ <br />
