Needs 4,000 SF <br />Dan needs to meet with Legal Counsel for the County on comp~nsation <br />issues. ' <br />Should close Escrow by 10/25 to 10/31. <br />Estoppel Certificates were sent 10/15/96 for approvaL ' <br />B. Update on Liu property: <br />Offer signed at $405,000 subject to review of Environmental R~port. <br />Centurywest to prepare a contract to start the report.
