' <br />Requested Mike Hansen bring on legal counsel to review compensation issues <br />~ with current Commercial Leases that have leases expiring. <br />Financing: <br />Goal: Possible Dollar Needs; 9/11 to 10/11 <br />Meeting with Financing Team took place 10/8/96. ', <br />Still working on issues with dollar needs. <br />Request that Bond Counsel be brought on board next week. <br />Currently reviewing different options for an underwriter for the Bond Offering. <br />Project Development: <br />Goal: County/Transit Negotiations: 9/15 to 10/30 <br />Land & Air Rights Nego. <br />RG to update on meeting with Ben & Mike on any issues <br />Goal: Developer/County Negotiations: 11 /15/96 <br />Land Lease. <br />Project Development Agreement. <br />Letter of understanding on Condominium Agreement. <br />Gordon Hanna currently working on an outline. <br />~ Interviewing possible attorney to prepare Condominium Agreement. <br />
