COURTHOUSE SQUARE <br />~ Design Team Meeting <br />September 26, 1996 <br />PRESENT: Dan Beney, Randy Curtis, RG Andersen-Wyckoff, Rachel <br />AGENDA: Tenants <br />Day Caze Center <br />Design and Materials <br />ITEM 1: Tenants <br />There was discussion around who will determine tenants for the leased space of the <br />stated that he would be the deciding person. He stated that it is imperative that he <br />position of soliciting tenants and signing leases. RG suggested that this could ~ <br />condominium lease agreement, but the word veto should be avoided. Dan point~ <br />language already in place and there would be "non-competing" clauses. RG stated <br />arrangement will remain, with two votes carrying the decision. He requested that th <br />the condominium agreement. <br />ITEM 2: Day Care Center ' <br />There was discussion around which organization will develop the day caze center. , <br />~ I <br />ACTION: Randy will schedule a meeting with Lori Campbell, of <br />College, and will invite 7ohn Mistkawi from the YMCA. <br />ITEM 3: Design and Materials <br />(continued from September 25, 1996 - see Rachel's notes) <br />The meeting from September 25, 1996 left off with interior finishes.
