COURTHOU5E SQUARE Design Team Meeting September 19, 1996 ~ PRESENT: Dan Berrey, Randy Curtis, RG Pence, John Whittington AGENDA: Updates Identify Project Objectives Update on FTA Grant Review Design Issues Other Issues for Review ITEM 1: Updates Anderson-Wyckoff, Alan Costic, Ichel ~ I~I Sheskey, Curt Property Appraisals: Dan reported that the appraisals on the Goldberg properry ha e been completed. He will be offering $330,000.00. The appraisal on the Liu property confirms the v e of $405,000.00. Draft offers will be reviewed by Mike Hansen and Randy Curtis. Steve Herm is reviewing the fmalized appraisal on the Goodman properry. Environmental Proposals: Dan asked if anyone had objections to using Centurywlest Corporation for the environmental clean-up. The current bid is not to exceed $41,000.00. COPs: Steve Westfall has started obtaining possible lender options to aid with the COP's. ~ Update on relocating county offices: Ra.ndy reported that the process has been start~d. Sites are being looked at. I~ TTEM 2: Identify Project Objectives Negotiate and close escrow on private property: 9/1 - 11/30 - Dan has begun ~s process and will complete by November 30. Dan stated that this appears to be obtainable. There w discussion around current tenants.
