The appraisal on the Liu property confirms the v e of $405,000.00. <br />Draft offers will be reviewed by Mike Hansen and Randy Curtis. Steve Herm is reviewing the <br />fmalized appraisal on the Goodman properry. <br />Environmental Proposals: Dan asked if anyone had objections to using Centurywlest Corporation for <br />the environmental clean-up. The current bid is not to exceed $41,000.00. <br />COPs: Steve Westfall has started obtaining possible lender options to aid with the COP's. <br />~ <br />Update on relocating county offices: Ra.ndy reported that the process has been start~d. Sites are being <br />looked at. I~ <br />TTEM 2: Identify Project Objectives <br />Negotiate and close escrow on private property: 9/1 - 11/30 - Dan has begun ~s process and will <br />complete by November 30. Dan stated that this appears to be obtainable. There w discussion around <br />current tenants. <br />Detine county funding needs for COPs: 9/11 - 10/11 - decisions will be made <br />Locate 37,000 SF of office space for county departments: 9/15 - 12/1 - Randy <br />options will be identified by 11/30.
