He may be able to go to the City Cou~ncil by 11/96. <br />A meeting for Wednesday, September 25, 9:30am was scheduled to di~cuss materials and <br />design. ; <br />ITEM 5: Update on Project Issues ~'~ <br />Alan asked for $2,000.00 to produce a model of the project for RG and Randy. He ~sked that his firm <br />retain ownership of the model after the project is completed. <br />There was discussion around a design of the clock tower and a logo for the project, ossibly including <br />the clock tower in the design. Dan stated that he will need a design and some number~in order to begin <br />negotiating for the clock. ' <br />~,, ACTION: It was agreed that Alan produce the model for $2,000.00 and retain o~vvnership after the <br />completion of the project. ; <br />Alan will work on some preliminary designs for the clock tower. <br />Meeting adjourned. <br />Next meeting: September 26, 1996 - 2pm <br />~ <br />
