<br />Randy stated that this concludes the items he wanted to cover. He was very glad we met. It was important <br />to have this discussion now. <br />Randy Franke stated that he appreciated these hard questions. This is the same approach as on the Facilities <br />~ Project. The County wants the best deal and reserves the right to pull the plug at anytime. <br />David asked about the tipping fee. <br />Randy responded he deliberately did not put this in the RFP. He did not want the developers to be forced <br />to develop a project on those numbers. Randy asked if this answered David's question. <br />David asked for Randy to get these numbers for him. <br />RG concluded that this project has to stand on its' own merit. <br />Meeting adjourned. <br />~ <br />
