system could be downsized or completely removed. REV. 5/13 Eric Collins from CW <br />~ attended the construction meeting this morning. One Frac tank and one carbon filter will be <br />removed. With the low water flows, this equipment appears to be unnecessary. The owners <br />will determine whether to remove the remaining equipment after the sump and elevator pits <br />and large shear wall footing is excavated. <br />Remaining Tanks <br />5-13 A decommissioned tank was in the middle of the site. It will be removed and the soils <br />beneath the tank will be tested. <br />PERMITS AND APPROVALS <br />Permits <br />5-13 The public works permit has been obtained. <br />Streetscape <br />5-13 The Transit and County Boards have appealed the steetscape underfunding issue to City <br />Council. A meeting between the City Council, and the joint Board has been set for 5-18. <br />ARCHITECTURAL <br />Space Planning Revisions <br />4-29 Leonard has transmitted a proposal for design services for possible modifications of the space <br />plans. REV. 5-13 A meeting with those departments who have requested space planning <br />revisions has been scheduled for 5-17. <br />Time CapsuleBrick Sale <br />5-13 Leonard distributed cut sheets from a time capsule manufacturer. The policy Boards will <br />determine the contents of the capsule. The community brick program will be addressed at the <br />Joint Board meeting. <br />CONTRACTOR ISSUES <br />Recycling of Construction Waste <br />5-13 A meeting will be held on 5-27 to review the status of construction waste recycling. P/K <br />should have a written project update to Solid Waste by 5-25. <br />Partnering <br />5-13 Craig distributed the meeting notes from the partnering session, there were no requests for <br />modifications. John and Curt have prepared the mission statement and have distributed for <br />input or modifications. <br />Time Lapse Photography <br />4-15 Randy C. has contacted Equitable Building management and they are not opposed to the <br />placement of a rooftop camera, depending on the type of equipment and required access. <br />BUILDING SYSTEMS <br />Building Commissioning <br />~ <br />2 <br />
