Environmental <br />7-24 Century West will be working w/ the County to determine how much furtl~er beyond 12 <br />ft. they will dig. The depth is currently estimated @ 12 ft. (Chevron parcel is excluded <br />from presented proposal.) Four week duration; Tom G. indicated that per~its will be <br />required during construction dewatering if discharging into sewer system. Pence/Kelly <br />will need to budget for backfill and compaction, and will also need to knovh~ how deep <br />Century West will dig. ACTION: Kathleen will attempt to quantify dolla~s involved <br />with removing contaminated dirt. Dave will attempt to quantify schedule itnpacts. Rev. <br />7-10 it was decided that the probable best approach is to clean the site prio~ to mass <br />excavation. ACTION: Staton to develop price to remove contaminated spils by 7-24. <br />Rev. 7-17 Century West needs an assumption regarding depth of hotspot removal. <br />Dewatering <br />7-10 If P 2 is no longer being considered, Mike H. does not require the complet~d GRI drilling <br />report. Dan asked that the data gathered be sent to Marion County in case pf future <br />needs. Additionally, the data could provide some useful information pertailning to soils <br />conditions on the site; e.g. GRI discovered a subsurface void during their investigation. <br />ACTION: Bill to generate a revised work order to include only work conducted to date. <br />Stan Kelsey and Mike to review revised drainage and dewatering needs. Rpn to research <br />a"no water discharge" cleaning system for P 1. <br />Structural <br />7-24 According to Dave and Leonard rigid frame construction is a non-economi~ option. <br />~' 7-10 Dan suggested that the County and Transit might want to consider makin sli ht <br />g g <br />modifications to the structural plans in order to facilitate future floor penetr~ations for <br />communicating stairs. ACTION: Leonard will attempt to locate areas wh~re this might <br />be desirable. <br />6-27 ACTION: Mike Hayford will provide MMDC with a list of owners who h~ve recently <br />completed PT office buildings. MMDC to contact these owners to gain their insights. <br />Rev. 7-3 Leonard to contact Mike to reconfirm this as an action item. ~2ev. 7-10 <br />MMDC would like to pursue the marking the tendons and installing floor td floor <br />knockouts. <br />Signage <br />6-27 MMDC inquired as to building standard signage design responsibility. Leanard <br />confirmed that signage dzsign would be done in-house. R.G. indicated that Transit and <br />Marion County are developing a logo and design for the project that will prabably be <br />incorporated to some degree in non-code building signage. ACTION: MM~C will <br />provide some examples of building standard signage. <br />Building Systems <br />7-17 Byron proposed that Interface take responsibility for coordinating life safety <br />requirements.
