Item # 12 on agenda was added by 7ohn <br />~ Whittington as a brief overview of major issues by both staffs. It will be a final summation on all <br />issues and our responses. This will be an excellent way to close before the committee goes into <br />their work session <br />Tthree additional handouts that went out to SPOC were distributed to the internal staff through this <br />meeting: Letter from Bruce Williams to Justice Petersen, letter from Mike Ryan and report <br />generated on efficiencies of combining the agencies in this project and sharing certain services like <br />copy center and building maintenance. <br />The SPOC meeting is Tuesday, February 24'~. Agenda mailing date is Tuesday, February 17"`.
