4.7 Site Preparation <br />Developer shall assist the Owner in preparing the property for construction of the <br />Building. These activities shall include demolition of any existing structures on the property and <br />environmental remediation, Developer's role and duties as representative of the Owner shall be <br />as set forth herein in Sections 6 and 7 for construction of the Building. <br />SECTION 5 FINAL PLANS <br />Developer shall be responsible for causing the architect employed by Owner to develop <br />final plans and specifications for the Project based on the Scope plans (the "Final Plans") which <br />shall be approved in writing by Owner. In this process, Developer shall be responsble for <br />administering and enforcing the contract between the Owner and the azchitect. <br />SECTION 6 CONSTRUCTION OF TI~ BUILDING <br />6.1 Developer shall provide the following services with respect to the construction of <br />the Building: <br />6.1.1 administer and enforce the contracts between the Owner, the architect, and the <br />general contractor, including adherence to budget and schedule requirements; <br />6.1.2 subject to the provisions of Section 6.2, acceptance and processing of change <br />requests and change orders submitted by the general contractor, <br />6.1.3 Assist architect and contractor in developing a quality control program.
