quality control files and data on behalf of the Owner. Review, process and <br />implement changes in the work to include change orders, filed orders and job <br />instructions. Perform the following specific tasks in support of this requirement: <br />1. prepaze daily observation report. <br />2. review product submittals and shop drawings on behalf of the Owner. <br />Alert azchitect and Owner of any submittal not in compliance with <br />specifications. <br />3. attend contractor coordination meetings. <br />4. maintain orderly files for: a) Correspondence; b) Reports of job <br />conferences; c) Governmental and special inspections; d) Reproductions of <br />original contract documents including all addenda, change orders and <br />supplementary drawings issued subsequent to the awazd of the contract. <br />5. represent the Owner in regular and special meetings of the project team <br />considering such matters as progress, procedures, problems and conflicts, <br />6. advise the Owner of issues, problems or concerns, including circumstances <br />which may result in claims, delays or cost overruns, and help devise <br />solutions; and <br />7. all other services necessary to complete construction of the Building <br />substantially in accordance with the Final Plans as soon as is practicable, <br />including the administration of Other Project Contracts. <br />6.2 All requests for changes in, modifications of or supplements to the Final Plans <br />
