which would affect the cost of the project by more than $2,500 (collectively, <br />"Changes°) shall be submitted by Developer to Owner for its approval, together <br />with Developer's recommendation as to whether the requested Change should be <br />approved. Developer shall not proceed with any Change costing in excess of <br />$2,500 without Owner's prior consent given or deemed given pursuant to this <br />Section 6.2. All changes in, modi.fications o~ or supplements to the Final Plans <br />which aze not Changes may be made by Developer without Owner's prior consent. <br />Owner shall endeavor to notify Developer of its approval or denial of any <br />requested change within ten (10) days of the delivery of such request, but if Owner <br />does not disapprove such changes within such 10-day period, such Change shall be <br />deemed approved. When the aggregate of modifications to plans not constituting <br />Changes has increased the cost of the project by $ then Developer shall <br />obtain Owner's approval of any further modifications. Copies of all change orders <br />shall be furnished to the Owner. <br />6.3 Developer shall obtain from the general contractor and deliver to Owner a <br />schedule setting forth (a) the estimated percentage of completion of construction <br />on each date on which a construction advance may be requested by general <br />coutractor pursuant to the constniction contract, (b) the estimated construction <br />advance to be requested on each such date, and (c) the estimated dates of <br />substantial completion of the primary structural and mechanical elements of the <br />Building. <br />6.4 Developer shall verify that the general contractor and subcontractors on the <br />Project have acquired and are maintaining such insurance as is required by their <br />contracts. <br />
