6.5 PhvsicalInspection <br />During the Construction Period, Developer shall conduct tests and physical inspections of <br />the Project with sufficient frequency so that Developer shall, at all times, be thoroughly apprised <br />of the then-current status of construction to ensure conformance with code provisions and <br />construction documents. Developer shall obtain from the azchitect and other consultants <br />information required at the site for proper execution of the work. Developer shall become <br />acquainted with specifications referred to in construction documents. <br />6.6 Construction Reports <br />During the Construction Period, Developer shall render to Owner, within twenty (20) days <br />of the end of each calendar month, a report for such month, which report shall contain at least the <br />following: <br />6.6.1 The actual construction progress achieved during such month and to-date, and a <br />comparison thereof to scheduled construction progress for the satne periods; <br />6.6.2 The actual expenditures made during such month and to-date, by category of <br />expenditure, and a comparison thereof to budgeted expenses; <br />6.6.3 The estimated cost of completion of the Project; <br />6.6.4 The remaining available balance of funds budgeted by Owner for construction. <br />6.7 Potential Defaults <br />Developer shall promptly inform Owner, in detail, of any default or anticipated default by <br />
