6.11.2 check each item on the punch list a sit is corrected after substantial completion. <br />6.11.3 insure that all project close-out items (i.e. bonds, warranties, as-built drawings, <br />etc.) have been received from the Contractor prior to final payment. <br />6.11.4 document any possibilities of claims for damage to work completed prior to <br />occupancy if Owner occupies the project or any portion thereof prior to final <br />com~letion of the work by the contractor. <br />6.11.5 provide such warranty inspections and technical evaluations as may be required <br />within 90 days of full project completion. <br />~ 6.11.6 commission the Building. <br />6.11.7 Developer shall also perform such other duties and tasks as may be reasonably <br />required in order to complete the Project on time and within the limits of the <br />Project Budget. <br />SECTION 7 ADVICE TO OWNER AND INSPECTIONS <br />7.1 Bank Accounts <br />All monies received by Developer for or on behalf of Owner shall be and remain the <br />property of Owner and shall be deposited in the Owner's Disbursement Account established with <br />the Marion County Treasurer. <br />~ <br />7.2 Advice to Owner <br />
