insureds. <br />2. The Developer's coverage shall be primary insurance for the Owner, its officers, <br />employees and volunteers. Any insurance or self-insurauce for the Owner, its <br />officers, employees and volunteers. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by <br />the Owner, its officers, employees or volunteers shall be excess of the Developer's <br />insurance and shall not contnbute with it. <br />8.2.6 ALL COVERAGES <br />1. Developer shall provide a certificate(s) of insurance to certify that a11 insurance <br />coverages, in the form(s) and limits required, are in full force and effect. <br />2. Policies shall be endorsed to reflect that coverage shall not be suspended, voided, <br />canceled, reduced in coverage or in limits except after thirly (30) days prior <br />written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, has been given to the <br />Owner. <br />3. Insurance is to be placed with insurers who meet the Owner's approval. <br />SECTION 9 TERNIINATION <br />Upon the termination of this Agreement, Developer shall render to Owner (a) all materials <br />and supplies, contracts and documents pertaining to the Project, and such of the accountings, <br />~ papers, and records in Developer's possession as Owner shall request and (b) assign to Owner or <br />its designee such existing contracts, if any, relating to the construction, operation, and <br />
