~r 5. NUISANCES. No nuisances will be allowed upon the <br />Condominium property, nor any use or practice that ,is the source of <br />annoyance to occupants or which interferes with the peaceful <br />possession and proper use of the property by its occupants. All <br />parts of the Condominium will be kept in a clean and sanitary <br />condition, and no rubbish, refuse or garbage allowed to accumulate, <br />nor any fire hazard allowed to exist. Al1 such garbage and trash <br />shall be placed inside disposal containers. No unit owner will <br />permit any use of his unit or make any use of the common elements <br />that will increase the cost of insurance upon the Condominium <br />property. <br />6. IMPROPER OFFENSIVE OR UNLAWFUL USE. No improper, <br />offensive or unlawful use will be made of the Condominium property <br />nor any part of it; all valid laws, zoning ordinances and <br />regulations of governmental bodies having jurisdiction will be <br />observed. The responsibility of ineeting the requirements of <br />governmental bodies for maintenance, modification or repair of the <br />Condominium property will be carried out and paid for in the same <br />manner as the responsibility for the maintenance and repair of the <br />property concerned. <br />7. RESTRICTION ON EXTERIOR INSTALLATIONS. No owner, <br />resident or lessee shall install wiring for electrical or telephone <br />installation, exterior antennae, machines or air conditioning units <br />or similar devices on the exterior of the Condominium building or <br />cause them to protrude through the walls or the roof of the <br />Condominium except as authorized by the Board of Directors. No <br />window guards, awnings or shades shall be installed without the <br />prior consent of the Board of Directors. <br />8. ADDITIONAL RULES. Rules and regulations concerning other <br />use of the Condominium property may be made and amended from time- <br />to-time by the Association or the Board of Directors. Copies of <br />such rules and regulations will be furnished to all unit owners and <br />residents of the Condominium, upon request. <br />9. GOVERNMENTAL USE. All units must be owned by a <br />governmental entity. Units and common elements shall be occupied <br />only by governmental entities and such private tenants who provide <br />°ancillary or support services to the governmental entity or its <br />employees as is necessary and convenient to the unit owners. <br />10. COVENANTS CONDITIONS RESTRICTIONS AND EASEMENTS IN <br />OTHER DOCUMENTS.
