~ furniture, fixtures and equipment located therein, shall be <br />allocated among the unit owners on the basis of their respective <br />use rights to such facilities as set forth in Section 7.2 of the <br />Declaration. <br />ARTICLE VII <br />USE AND OCCUPANCY RESTRICTION• RULES OF CONDUCT <br />Failure by an owner (its employees, guests, invitees or <br />lessees) to comply with the rules of conduct and restrictions set <br />forth hereinafter or others promulgated by the Board of Directors <br />shall be cause for which the Board of directors may deny or <br />restrict such owner's right to use any common element facility with <br />respect to which such owner otherwise had a right of use. <br />l. GOVERNMENTAL OFFICE USE. Each of the units will be <br />occupied as offices for governmental agencies or leasees of the <br />unit owners and for their visitors and guests and for no other <br />purpose. All common elements shall be used in a manner that does <br />not conflict with such purpose. <br />2. RESTRICTION ON ALTERATION TO UNIT. No owner shall make <br />structural modifications or alterations in his unit or <br />installations located therein without previously notifying the <br />Association in writing, through the management agent, if any, or <br />through the Chair of the Board of Directors, if no management agent <br />is employed. The Association shall have the obligation to answer <br />within thirty (30) days, and failure to do so within the stipulated <br />~ime shall mean that there is no objection to the proposed <br />modification or alteration. Provided, however, nothing herein <br />contained shall waive or limit an owner's obligation to comply with <br />the provisions of ORS 100.535. <br />3. USE OF THE CONIMON ELEMENTS. No owner shall place or <br />cause to be placed in the lobbies, stairways, elevators and other <br />common elements of the Condominium any furniture, packages or <br />objects of any kind without the prior written consent of the Board <br />of Directors. Such areas shall be used for no purpose other than <br />~hat is normal. <br />4. APPEAR.ANCE OF CONDOMINIUM BUILDING. No unit owner will <br />cause anything to be hung, displayed, or placed on the walls, <br />doors, windows, walkways, ceilings of walkways or roof of the <br />Condominium building or any other common element nor otherwise <br />change the appearance of any portion of the common elements without <br />the prior written consent of the Board of Directors.
