~ ~~ In the case of any prepayment in part pursuant to this Section 204(C), the County sha 1 have the right <br />~"""2 to select the maturities of the Certificates to be so prepaid and the principal amou t to be prepaid <br />3 within each such maturity selected by the County. <br />4 <br />5 (D~ PREPAYMENT FROM SURPLUS PROCEEDS. The principal components e idenced by the <br />6 1998 Certificates shall be subject to prepayment prior to their stated due dates, in hole or in part, <br />7 from moneys transferred pursuant to Section 402(B)(1) of this Agreement from the roject Fund to <br />8 the 1998 Debt Service Account of the Certificate Payment Fund, any such prepaym t to take place <br />9 on the next Interest Payment Date for which the requisite notice of prepayment can e given and to <br />1o be at a prepayment price equal to the amount of the principal components to be o prepaid plus <br />11 accrued and unpaid interest thereon to the date fixed for prepayment. In the case of y prepayment <br />t2 in part pursuant to this Section 204(D), the County shall have the right to select the aturities of the <br />13 Certificates to be so prepaid and the principal amount to be prepaid within eac such maturity <br />14 selected by the County. <br />30 <br />31 All Certificates which have been prepaid shall be canceled by the Truste and shall not be <br />32 reissued. Matured Certificates delivered to the Trustee, or Certificates acquire by purchase for <br />33 retirement and delivered to the Trustee, shall also be canceled. The Trustee shall cremate or <br />34 otherwise destroy canceled Certificates and deliver a certificate of cremation or ot er destruction to <br />35 the County. If the County, or the Trustee for its own account shall acquire any o the Certificates, <br />36 such acquisition shall not operate as a prepayment or satisfaction of the indebtedn ss represented by <br />37 such Certificates unless and until the same are delivered to the Trustee for cance lation. <br />38 <br />39 SECTION 206. MUTILATED, LOST, STOLEN OR DESTROYED CERTIFI ATES.
