SECTION 00300 <br />•DEMOLITION RFP <br />1997 PAGE 2 OF 2 <br />PROPOSAL- Package 2 <br />For Completion in 90 days <br />300 SALEM COURTHOUSE SQUARE, INC. <br />DEMOLITION <br />OF <br />ALL STRUCTURES BOUNDED BY COURT STRE~T, CHURCH STREET, <br />CHEMCK~TA and HIGH STREET IN SAL~M, OREGON <br />1997 <br />301 The asbestos abatement must be coordinated by the demolition contractor to meet established dates of completion. <br />Having cazefully examined the Project specifications and conditions relating to the work, the undersigned agrees to <br />enter into a contract with Marion County to fumish all labor, materials and other services required by, and in strict <br />accordance with the plans and specifications for the following sum: <br />Base Proposal Amount: <br />For demolition of all structures bounded by Court Street, Church Street, Chemeketa Street and High Street in <br />Salem, Oregon. This Proposal shall be a single fixed price. The demolition includes but is not necessarily limited <br />to the following: demolition of buildings, concrete slabs, asphalt and paving, foundations to subgrade and salvage <br />of required components.
