Having cazefully examined the Project specifications and conditions relating to the work, [he <br />undersigned agrees to enter inro a contract with Marion County to furnish all labor, materials and other <br />services required by, and in strict accordance with the plans and specifications for the following sum: <br />Base Proposal Amount: <br />For demolition of all structures bounded by Coud Street, Church S[reet, Chemeketa Street and High Street <br />in Salem, Oregon. This Proposal shall be a single fixed price. The demolition includes but is not <br />necessarily limited to the following: demolition of buildings, concrete slabs, asphalt and paving, <br />foundations to subgrade and salvage of required components.
