Mr. Michael Staton, STATON CONST. INC. Dear David, This Report is submitted as required by Section 01313, 1.1. Survey: As we are aware the Block bounded by Court St., Church St., Chemeketa St., and High St. is bei Demolished to make way for Salem Courthouse Square. We will be removing all above qround tructures and a11 Surfaces within the curb lines of this block, with the exception of the basements. There will be Two Access points to this project. Pedestrian traffic will enter the project thru our temporary office located at the N.W Corner of the project, at High St. and Chemeketa St. Construction trai~ic will enter the Alley from the North at Chemeketa St. No other access will be available. Construction traffic will egress via the alley to the South onto Court St. The area in the South East corner of the Block where remediation work is being done will not be altered under this contract. ~ As above ground structures are removed the sma11 voids will fill and the flat surfaces utilized for storage of salvaged and recycle materials. The Demolition sequence will o-yc~cu"r as shown on the attached Site Map, and as outlined in the Work Plan. Smm~l~iterations in a~-Work Plan ~~edule may~,ccur as we progress thru the project, our schedule will be updated weekly and regular meetings held.
