The project is to be constructed in Salem, Oregon on the block bounded by High <br />Street, Court Street, Church Street and Chemeketa Street. <br />You are hereby notified.that Marion County and Salem Area Mass Transit Agency have br will <br />acquire for public use the property located at 547 Court Street NE, for the Courthouse Square project. <br />You now occupy some or all of the property. <br />You are hereby notified that you may be required to move on or after April 21, 1997. You will <br />receive an additional written notice not less than thirty (30) days before you are required to move. <br />If you occupy a residential dwelling, you will NOT be required to move less than ninety (90) days <br />after a comparable replacement dwel(ing is made available to you under the relocation assistance program <br />adopted for this project. <br />The relocation assistance program adopted for this project is explained in a booklet entitled "Your <br />Rights and Benefits as a Displaced Person Under the ODOT Relocation Assistance Program." A copy of <br />this booklet has previously been provided to you. If you cannot find or have misplaced your copy, an <br />additional copy may be obtained from Dan Berrey or Becca Reel at 371-3013. <br />Receipt of this letter does not indicate that you are e(igible for relocation assistance. Such <br />determinations must be made on a case by case basis. If you have questions about your eligibility please <br />contact Gordon R.
