Brion & Monty Vandermay 547 Court Street NE Salem, OR 97301 CERTIFIEDAND FIRST CLASS MAIL Greetings: Dan Berrey, P.C. is acting as the agent of Marion County and Salem Area Mass Transit Agency to administer the relocation assistance program adopted for use in the project commonly referred to as "Courthouse Square." The project is to be constructed in Salem, Oregon on the block bounded by High Street, Court Street, Church Street and Chemeketa Street. You are hereby notified.that Marion County and Salem Area Mass Transit Agency have br will acquire for public use the property located at 547 Court Street NE, for the Courthouse Square project. You now occupy some or all of the property. You are hereby notified that you may be required to move on or after April 21, 1997. You will receive an additional written notice not less than thirty (30) days before you are required to move. If you occupy a residential dwelling, you will NOT be required to move less than ninety (90) days after a comparable replacement dwel(ing is made available to you under the relocation assistance program adopted for this project. The relocation assistance program adopted for this project is explained in a booklet entitled "Your Rights and Benefits as a Displaced Person Under the ODOT Relocation Assistance Program." A copy of this booklet has previously been provided to you. If you cannot find or have misplaced your copy, an additional copy may be obtained from Dan Berrey or Becca Reel at 371-3013. Receipt of this letter does not indicate that you are e(igible for relocation assistance. Such determinations must be made on a case by case basis.
