Brion & Monty Vandermay <br />547 Court Street NE <br />Salem, OR 97301 <br />Via Cerlified and F'irst Class Mail <br />Greetings: <br />Courthouse Square, Inc. is acting as the agent of Marion County and Salem Area <br />Mass Transit Agency to administer the relocation assistance program adopted for use in the <br />project commonly referred to as "Courthouse Square." The project is to be constructed <br />in Salem, Oregon on the block bounded by High Street, Court Street, Church Street and <br />Chemeketa Street. <br />You have previously been noti~ed that Marion County and Salem Area Mass Transit <br />Agency have or will acquire for public use the property you now occupy. In order to <br />determine whether you are entitled to relocation assistance and, if so, the amount of the <br />assistance, you will need to fill out certain forms. The forms are enclosed for your review. <br />Please take a moment to fill out the forms if you are able to do so. If you have <br />trouble, do not panic. You will be contacted shortly by a representative of Marion County <br />and Salem Area Mass Transit Agency. That representative will assist you in filling out the <br />forms appicable to your situation. <br />A final decision about your eligibility for relocation assistance, or the amount of such <br />assistance, will be made after all the information from the forms is reviewed.
