TERNIINATION OF PROCEEDINGS. In case the Trustee or the Owners shall <br />7 have proceeded to enforce any right under the Agreement and such proceedings shall have been <br />8 discontinued or abandoned for any reason, or shall have been determined adversely, then and in <br />9 every such case the County, the County and the Ow~ners shall be restored to their former positions <br />1 o and rights hereunder and all rights, remedies and powers of the Trustee shall continue as if no such <br />I 1 proceedings had been taken except as rnodified by such proceedings. <br />~2 <br />13 SECTION 606. W.4IVERS OF EVENTS OF DEFAULT. The Trustee may, in its discretion, <br />~~t waive any Event of Default hereunder and its consequences and rescind any declaration of maturity <br />15 of principal and, in case of any such waiver or rescission, the County, each Credit Provider and the <br />l6 Owners shall be restored to their former positions and rights hereunder respectively, but no such <br />I7 waiver or rescission shall extend to or affect any subsequent or other default, or impair any right <br />l8 consequent thereon. Neither the Trustee, any Credit Provider nor the Owners shall waive a default <br />l9 or an Event of Default hereunder which arises: <br />20 <br />3 i (1) under Section 601(a) unless all past due payments of principal and interest owing <br />22 with respect to the Certificates have been paid in full; or <br />~; <br />2~ (2) with respect to any Certificates secured by a Credit Facility without first obtaining <br />25 the prior written consent of the related Credit Provider. <br />26 ~ <br />~7 <br />~s ARTICLE VII <br />~~ SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS; <br />~o AMENDMENTS TO AGREEMENT <br />~i <br />32 SECTION 701. SUPPLEMENTAI. AGREEMENT5 AMENDMENTS TO AGREEIV1ENT NOT <br />33 REQUIRING CONSENT OF OWNERS.
