Marion County Class Specification BulletinPage of <br />>>> <br />Case management activities which assist the family is accessing and utilizing available <br />> <br />services. <br />Family advocacy which includes a family centered, holistic approach to the management of <br />> <br />complex care. <br />Evaluation and redevelopment of the nursing plan to determine the effectiveness of the <br />> <br />intervention strategies. <br /> 6.
