<br />Marion County Class Specification BulletinPage of <br />>>> <br />Guaranteed Attendance <br />Program (GAP) Case <br />Class Code: <br />Manager <br />203 <br />Bargaining Unit: 06 - Marion County Employees <br />Association <br />MARION COUNTY <br />SALARY RANGE <br />$24.50 - $32.84 Hourly <br />OVERVIEW: <br />FLSA: EEOC: Department: <br />Non-Exempt 02 ProfessionalsJuvenile <br />GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES <br />Develops Initial Service Plans (ISP) and Master Service Plans (MSP) for juveniles in the Guaranteed <br />Attendance Program (GAP) while meeting Behavioral Rehabilitation Services (BRS) requirements for <br />standards of behavioral in individual, group counseling and parent training sessions. Provides case <br />management services in the areas of individual and group skills-training for juveniles; assists Group <br />Workers in providing appropriate treatment to juveniles in GAP; coordinates services with other agencies; <br />documents juveniles' treatment progress; performs related work as required. <br />SUPERVISION RECEIVED <br />Works under the general supervision of the Juvenile Program Supervisor who assigns work, establishes <br />goals and reviews performance. <br />SUPERVISION EXERCISED <br />Supervision of other employees is not a responsibility of positions in this classification; however, <br />incumbent may provide quality assurance and oversight of Group Workers regarding treatment of <br />juveniles in the program. <br />EXAMPLES OF DUTIES - DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED <br />TO THE FOLLOWING: <br />1.Meets standards and requirements of the Behavioral Rehabilitative Services component of service <br />delivery provided by social service staff to juveniles in GAP. <br />2.Provides weekly face-to-face individual or group counseling sessions as defined by BRS <br />requirements. <br />3.Conducts one-on-one skills-training with juveniles and parents based on the Dialectal Behavioral <br />Therapy (DBT) Model. <br />4.Completes 30-day BRS assessment and evaluation reports on assigned juveniles in a timely <br />manner and within BRS time guidelines. <br />5.Completes a Master Service Plan within 45-days of the juvenile's admission to the program. <br />6.
