Marion County Class Specification BulletinPage of <br />>>> <br />KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES <br />Knowledge of: the principles and practices of public budgeting, accounting and financial management; <br />principles and practices of public administration; organization and management practices as applied to <br />the analysis and evaluation of programs, policies and operational needs; <br />municipal or county government organization, and functions; modern methods of strategic planning <br />management and supervision; personnel policies, labor agreements and administrative procedures; <br />employee supervision, performance management practices and labor relations.
