Onsite Permit 555-19-000202-PRMT Page 5 of 6
Schedule Inspections online at www.buildingpermits.oregon.gov or by calling: 1-888-299-2821 or 503-588-5147
When calling for an inspection, use IVR Number:555080901288
f • uj_ s IvXILB[Ll l'd / ?2
lataft 176ffg
Work d+ scripbon NEW INSTALL EMPLOYEES :14;1144r
N x 14' z
fir-',.x ,,,, ,„ %az ' y .3" _ i t . „`s 45 '',`z
 xs.
_ __ ._. d,E. ,%ud..,!gift r _,t _ ,_ mAkAP,,,,ate ..
Conditions of approval
transport piping and each line must end with a long sweep elbow and flushing orifice with
removable cap at or above finished grade. Each pressure lateral must have at least one
inspection port with minimum diameter of 4 inches. A barrier to prevent burrowing animals
from entering the absorption chambers is required.
AN EFFLUENT LIFT PUMP WILL BE REQUIRED to install the septic system disposal field in the
approved area and at the required depth. Detailed instructions for dosing tank/effluent pump
installations are available in our office. The electrical wiring to the pump and alarm must be
installed in accordance with the appropriate Electrical Code. The electrical work must be done
under a Marion County Electrical Permit and must be inspected and approved by a Marion County
Electrical Inspector. The work must be left uncovered and accessible for inspection. The electrical
inspection includes the connections to the pump and alarm in the dosing tank, the wiring in the
trench and the connections in the structure. The effluent pipe must have 18-gauge minimum green
tracer wire or green metallic tape placed along the line.
OBSERVE ALL SETBACKS AND SEPARATION DISTANCES as required by the DEQ rules. A
copy of the DEQ setback requirements is available online at
http://www.oregon.gov/deq/Residential/Pages/Onsite.aspx under Rules: Division 71: Table 1 and in
our office.
MAINTAIN PERMANENT ACCESS to septic tank for pumping and service. The septic tank
should be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic tank pumping service before sludge and
scum accumulations reach 30% of the tank liquid operating volume. Pumping every 3 to 5 years is
an average interval.
THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any vehicular traffic,
livestock and farming activities. Other activities such as excavating or filling, driveway placement,
paving or other similar activities that alter the natural soil conditions will adversely affect the soil
and the septic system function and lead to premature system failure. The area must not be
subjected to excessive saturation due to artificial drainage of ground surfaces, driveways, building
downspouts or other sources. The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair system
must both be protected.
1/16/19:4:17:17PM Page 5 of 6 ONS_OnsitePermit_pr
