Marion County Class Specification BulletinPage of <br />>>> <br />6.Facilitates the preparation of Provider Enrollment Agreements (PEAA) and Service Agreements of <br />qualified Medicaid providers, and monitors provider compliance with delivery of funded services to <br />identified complex/high risk individuals. Provides frequent individual case specific consultation with <br />other providers. <br />7.Provides file review, data collection and analysis for quality assurance and quality improvement <br />purposes. <br />8.Attends required statewide meetings and trainings. <br />9.Coordinates moves and transfer of individuals within state operated system and throughout <br />county; develops and coordinates residential placements for urgent and non-urgent moves of high- <br />risk clients. <br />10.Provides technical assistance and in-service training to other staff or professionals in a specific <br />area. Provides quarterly foster care training to staff and providers. <br />11.May represent the agency on community committees as requested by the supervisor. <br />MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: <br />EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING <br />1.Possession of a master's degree in psychology, social work, education or a related field; AND <br />2.One (1) year of paraprofessional work experience consisting of serving individuals with a primary <br />diagnosis of intellectual or developmental disabilities within a residential or employment service at <br />a management or case management level; OR <br />3.Possession of a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education or a related field and <br />three (3) years of paraprofessional work experience consisting of serving individuals with a primary <br />diagnosis of intellectual or developmental disabilities within a residential or employment service at <br />a management or case management level; OR <br />4.Seven (7) years of equivalent training and paraprofessional work experience as described above. <br />SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS <br />Some positions in this classification may require special certification and/or successful completion <br />> <br />of Core Competencies as per current Oregon Administrative Rule prior to performing job duties. <br />Some positions in this classification may require possession and ability to maintain, at time of <br />> <br />application, a valid Class C Oregon driver's license and acceptable driving record. <br />For positions in this classification requiring a valid Class C Oregon driver's license, must possess <br />> <br />and maintain proof of personal automobile liability insurance, at a minimum, in the amount required <br />by Oregon Law \[ORS 806\]. <br />KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES <br />Working knowledge of: intellectual and developmental disability concepts, public service system for <br />intellectual and developmental disability services in Oregon, including the Office of Developmental <br />Disability Services (ODDS) structure, and agency functioning; a variety of client disorders; other social <br />service provider agencies in the community, specifically funded and licensed by the ODDS. <br />Ability to: act in a professional manner; to keep privileged information confidential; develop collaborative <br />relationships with clients, their families, service providers, and other partner agencies within the <br />community; develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with physicians, law enforcement agencies, <br />the courts, public and private administrators and the community in general; prepare concise and complete <br />individual service plans and progress records in a timely and professional manner; work within a team <br />atmosphere. <br />Advanced skill working with individuals who experience intellectual and developmental disability. <br />ADOPTED: <br />https://agency.governmentjobs.com/marion/default.cfm?action=specbulletin&ClassSpecID=...8/3/2020 <br /> <br />
