(NIPG) or other related professional certification. <br />SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS <br />Must possess, or obtain within 30 days of hire, a valid Oregon driver's license. Must possess, at <br />> <br />time of hire, and maintain an acceptable driver's record. <br />Must pass a criminal history background investigation; however, conviction of a crime may not <br />> <br />necessarily disqualify an individual for this classification. <br />Certification as a Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) with the National Institute of <br />> <br />Government Purchasing, Inc.
