MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING 1.Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or a related behavioral science field; OR 2.Associate's Degree in related behavioral science field; AND 3.Two (2) years relevant work experience in behavioral health services field; 4.Three (3) years relevant work experience in a behavioral health services field: OR 5.Any satisfactory equivalent or combination of at least three (3) years relevant work, education, training or experience. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS For positions at the health department, must be able to be credentialed as a Qualified Mental > Health Associate (QMHA). Must be credentialed as a Wraparound Facilitator according to the high-fidelity standards and > process established by the Vroon VDB (VVDB) LLC. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Working knowledge of: the general concepts of mental health and chemical dependency as well as community resources; ability to establish positive working relationships with employees, clients and their families, other agencies and the public; Ability to prepare accurate reports and to document client services in a timely and professional manner; Ability to work within a team and collaborate with team members; Knowledge of and ability to act within professional code of ethics and to maintain appropriate confidentiality.
