Marion County Class Specification BulletinPage of <br />>>> <br />10.Adheres to the principles of wraparound and supports this strength-based approach at all levels. <br />11.Supports the development of a system of care and assists in service coordination with partner <br />agencies. <br />12.Provides high-fidelity wraparound in accordance to the model. Participates in all high- fidelity <br />reviews. <br />13.Maintains documentation in accordance with health department, high-fidelity and OARs. <br />14.Performs related duties as required. <br />MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: <br />EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING <br />1.Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or a related behavioral science field; OR <br />2.Associate's Degree in related behavioral science field; AND <br />3.Two (2) years relevant work experience in behavioral health services field; <br />4.Three (3) years relevant work experience in a behavioral health services field: OR <br />5.Any satisfactory equivalent or combination of at least three (3) years relevant work, education, <br />training or experience. <br />SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS <br />For positions at the health department, must be able to be credentialed as a Qualified Mental <br />> <br />Health Associate (QMHA). <br />Must be credentialed as a Wraparound Facilitator according to the high-fidelity standards and <br />> <br />process established by the Vroon VDB (VVDB) LLC. <br />KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES <br />Working knowledge of: the general concepts of mental health and chemical dependency as well as <br />community resources; ability to establish positive working relationships with employees, clients and their <br />families, other agencies and the public; Ability to prepare accurate reports and to document client <br />services in a timely and professional manner; Ability to work within a team and collaborate with team <br />members; Knowledge of and ability to act within professional code of ethics and to maintain appropriate <br />confidentiality. <br />ADOPTED: <br />02/14 <br />MARKET REVIEW: <br />12/14 <br />https://agency.governmentjobs.com/marion/default.cfm?action=specbulletin&ClassSpecID=...8/3/2020 <br />
