The accessory structure will be residen- <br />tial in appearance. In order to maintain the residential <br />appearance of the property all recreational vehicles located <br />on the property will be required to be parked in accessory <br />structure. No asststant~ other than the occupants of the <br />dwelling will be employed in the operation. This type of <br />bus/ness does not create a great deal of noise or dust and <br />outside storage of materials and supplies will not be <br />allowed. There is currently sufficient room on the property <br />to load and unload materials. The sub3ect property is not <br />ad3acent to any commercial farm operation. A vehicle repair <br />operation currently exists to the south of the subject <br />property. <br /> <br />With these characteristics, the home occupation will be <br />compatible with farm or forest use and will not alter the <br />stability of the land use pattern of the area. The property <br />is within a fire district, has access onto a public road, <br />and on-site water and sewage disposal. There is no evidence <br />of any conflicts with those items listed in 5.5 above. The <br />property is within the Stayton Urban Growth Boundary.
