Nature of the Appl~ <br /> <br /> This matter comes before the Marion County Hearings Officer <br />on the application of Stella Phillips to vary the provision~ of <br />section 136.020 of the Marion County Zoning Ordinance to allow an <br />RV repair and storage business in an EFU (Exclusive Farm Use) <br />zone on property located at 9654 Golf Club Rd. S.E., Aumsville, <br />Oregon. <br /> <br /> ii. Relevant Criteria -- <br /> <br /> The standards and criteria relevant to this application are <br />found in the Statewide Goals and Guidelines, Marion County Zoning <br />Ordinance, and the Marion County Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />III. Public Hearing <br /> <br /> A public hearing was duly held on this application on March <br />18, 1987. At the hearing, the Planning Division file was made <br />)art of the record.
