The applicant shall file a Statement of Water Rights when the partition map is filed with the County Clerk. The Statement of Water Rights form and information on this requirement are enclosed. CONDITIONRI Once the approved use is established the following conditions must be continually satisfied~ After the final Partitioning map has been recorded no alteration of property lines shall be permitted without first obtaining approval from the Planning Director. The proposed use may require permits from other local, State or Federal agencies. This decision does not take the place of, or relieve the responsibility for obtaining other permits or satisfying any restrictions or condi- tions thereon. It is recommended that the agencies mentioned in Finding ~5, below, be contacted to identify restrictions or necessary permits. The applicant is advised of the following~ The applicant should contact the Aumsville Fire District and obtain a copy of the District's Recommended Building Access and Identification Guidelines. For personal and property safety it is recommended that the applicant follow these guidelines. PROC~U~ The Marion County Subdivision and Partitioning Ordinance provides that certain Partition applications be con- sidered first by the COunty Planning Director. If there is any doubt that the application conforms with adopted land use policies and regulations the Director must condition or deny the applica- tion. Any interested person who disagrees with the Director's decision may request that the application be considered by the Marion County Hearings Officer after a public hearing. The applicant may also request reconsideration on the basis of new information subject to signing a waiver of the 128 day time limit for review of zoning applications. A public hearing is held on appeals subject to the appellant paying a $25.00 fee.
