The applicant shall file a Statement of Water Rights when the <br />partition map is filed with the County Clerk. The Statement <br />of Water Rights form and information on this requirement are <br />enclosed. <br /> <br />ADDITION;~. CONDITIONRI Once the approved use is established the <br />following conditions must be continually satisfied~ <br /> <br />After the final Partitioning map has been recorded no <br />alteration of property lines shall be permitted without first <br />obtaining approval from the Planning Director. <br /> <br />OT~RR PR~#TT~ AND RESTRICTIONR~ This approval does not remove or <br />affect any covenants or restrictions imposed on the subject <br />property by deed or other instrument. The proposed use may require <br />permits from other local, State or Federal agencies. This decision <br />does not take the place of, or relieve the responsibility for <br />obtaining other permits or satisfying any restrictions or condi- <br />tions thereon. It is recommended that the agencies mentioned in <br />Finding ~5, below, be contacted to identify restrictions or <br />necessary permits. The applicant is advised of the following~ <br /> <br />The applicant should contact the Aumsville Fire District and <br />obtain a copy of the District's Recommended Building Access <br />and Identification Guidelines. For personal and property <br />safety it is recommended that the applicant follow these <br />guidelines. <br /> <br />PROC~U~ The Marion County Subdivision and Partitioning <br />Ordinance provides that certain Partition applications be con- <br />sidered first by the COunty Planning Director. If there is any <br />doubt that the application conforms with adopted land use policies <br />and regulations the Director must condition or deny the applica- <br />tion. Any interested person who disagrees with the Director's <br />decision may request that the application be considered by the <br />Marion County Hearings Officer after a public hearing. The <br />applicant may also request reconsideration on the basis of new <br />information subject to signing a waiver of the 128 day time limit <br />for review of zoning applications. <br /> <br />A public hearing is held on appeals subject to the appellant paying <br />a $25.00 fee. Requests for reconsideration, or consideration by <br />the Hearings Officer, must be in writing and be received in the <br />Marion Cg/~nty P~anning Divi~l~ 220 High Street NE, Salem by 5500 <br />p.m. on ~L~, ~, ~q .
