Owners may park RV equipment in their driveways <br />for purpose of loading and unloading only. <br /> <br />Tenants are required to park in their driveways, <br />Overnight parking tn the street is prohibited for <br />security and fire safety reasons. The speed limit in the <br />park area is 15 miles per hour. <br /> <br />Storage of all personal items must be contained within <br />the home or storage shed. Decks may contain in-season <br />equipment relating to out-door entertaining. Deck <br />~urnlture, planters and bar-h-ques to be removed in the <br />off-season and properly stored. Laundry lines or the <br />hanging of clothes is not permitted outside the home. <br /> <br />Tenants and their guests are not to disturb the peace and <br />quiet of any other tenants. Stereos, televisions, <br />musical instruments, and other noise producing <br />entertainment devices are to be operated at a volume <br />audible only within the home between lo:00 p.m. and 8:00 <br /> <br />All garbage and trash must be stored tn appropriate <br />garbage cans approved by the garbage service. Sanitary <br />and health laws must be obeyed at all times. <br /> <br />Tenants, their children and ~uests must respect other <br />tenants property. Vacant lots are off 1/mits for <br />children. Children are permitted to play in the common <br />areas. Adjoining properties are private property and <br />off-limits to residents and guests. The use of air <br />rifles, BB guns, bow and arrows and other projectiles is <br />prohibited. <br /> <br />Bicycle riding is permitted only on the streets. Riders <br />must obey vehicle traffic regulatione and not interfere <br />with the vehicle flow. <br /> <br />All tenant vehicles must have a current license and valid <br />annual license tag, Wrecked or inoperable vehicles will <br />not be parked in the park lots. The management reserves <br />the right to request such vehicles be removed within five <br />days of written notice to the tenant claiming such <br />vehicles. No extensive vehicle repairs will be allowed. <br /> <br />Motorcycles, pedmobtles and other transportation devices <br />must be licensed and shall be ridden the shortest route <br />between the home and the park exit. Pleasure riding is <br />not permitted in the park. <br /> <br />Soliciting within the park is prohibited except with <br />prior permission from management. <br /> <br />Tenants must check with management before digging or <br /> <br /> <br />
