(2516(c)3) <br /> <br />Provide 6 inches clearance between wood and ground line. (2516(c)7} <br /> <br />The design of the roof trusses was not submitted with the plans and is <br />not included in this plan review. Roof trusses are required to be <br />designed by an Oregon registered engineer or architect. When the truss <br />supplier is selected, submit the structural drawings and design <br />calculations for review. <br />(span: 28', Spc. 2' Slope ?:12 ) <br /> <br />Potential accumulations of snow at valleys, parapets, roof structures <br />and offsets in roofs of uneven configuration shall be considered in <br />accordance with Appendix chapter 23, Division I, Alternate Snow Load <br />Design. (2305 (d)) <br /> <br />The exterior building envelope, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, <br />lighting, and service water heating systems and equipment shall comply <br />with Chapter 53, Energy Conservation. The applicant shall submit <br />documents showing compliance with this chapter. This documentation <br />shall be on forms approved by the Building Codes Agency administrator. <br />(5301(c)) <br /> <br />Minimum Prescriptive Requirements: <br /> <br />a. Walls R-10 <br />b. Roof/Ceiling: R-13 <br />c. Floor Slab: R-4.5 <br /> <br />For slab-on-grade floors, the perimeter of the floor shall be insulated <br />with a material having a thermal resistance value (R) not less than <br />those specified in Figure NO. 53-A. The insulation shall extend <br />downward from the top of the slab for a minimum distance of 24 inches or <br />downward to the bottom of the slab and then horizontally beneath the <br />slab for a minimum total distance of 24 inches. For monolithic slabs, <br />the insulation shall extend downward from the top of the slab to the <br />bottom of the thickened edge. (5303(d)) <br /> <br />Every required exit doorway shall be of a size as to permit the <br />installation of a door not less than 3 feet in width and not less than 6 <br />feet 8 inches in height. (3304(f)) The door shall swing to full-open <br />position when subjected to 15-pound force (8.5 pounds @ accessible <br />route). (3304(b)) <br /> <br />Plans should indicate the floor or landing on each side of doors is not <br />more than 1/2 inch lower than the threshold of the doorway in buildings <br />required to be accessible to the physically handicapped, sec. 3304(i) <br /> <br />sxit doors shall be openable from the inside without the use Of a key or <br />any special knowledge or effort. Manually operated edge or surface <br />bolts are prohibited. (3304(c)) <br /> <br />This site, building and facilities are required to be accessible to and <br />useable by the physically handicapped.
