11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Prior to permits being issued, the applicants shall contact <br />the Aurora Fire District. Written verification shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Division that the District has <br />reviewed the RV park facility and has determined that it meets <br />applicable Fire and Life Safety Codes. <br /> <br />The applicants shall sign and submit a Declaratory Statement <br />to the Planning Division. This statement shall be recorded by <br />the applicants with the Marion County Clerk after it has been <br />reviewed and signed by the Planning Director (Declaratory <br />Statement enclosed). <br /> <br />Prior to issuance of permits, the applicants shall provide <br />evidence to the Planning Division that the proposed access has <br />been. reviewed and approved by the Oregon Department of <br />Transportation. <br /> <br />Prior to permits being issued, a detailed site plan addressing <br />issues identified in Finding #5 shall be submitted to Public <br />Works for review and approval. <br /> <br />Prior to permits being issued, the applicants shall sign an <br />overflight and navigation easement in favor of the County and <br />Oregon Department of Transportation Aeronautics (sample form <br />available from Aeronautics). <br /> <br />Location and height of all signs shall be approved by both the <br />Planning Division and the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />Each recreational vehicle space shall have an all-weather <br />surface and be drained to prevent standing water. <br /> <br />A space shall not be located closer than 10 feet to any other <br />space, any building, dwelling, street or roadway boundary, and <br />not closer than 10 feet to any property line. <br /> <br />14. The apace shall not be located in any required off-street <br /> parking space or required yard areas. <br /> <br />OTHER PERMITS, FEES, AND RESTRICTIONS: This approval does not <br />remove or affect any covenants or restrictions imposed on the <br />subject property by deed or other instrument. The proposed use may <br />require permits and fees from other local, State or Federal <br />agencies. This decision does not take the place of, or relieve the <br />responsibility for obtaining other permits or satisfying any <br />restrictions or conditions thereon. It is recommended that the <br />agencies mentioned in Finding #5 below be contacted to identify <br />restrictions or necessary permits.
